As a sales professional at Triviso, you are the consultant for our new and existing customers from the skilled trades sector. You analyse businesses and demonstrate where and how our ERP creates genuine added value. Your consulting spectrum covers finance, personnel and time management, through to complex Bills of Materials and intelligent warehousing. In doing so, you think outside the box of their projects, taking into account infrastructure and existing peripheral systems, as well as CAD or machinery.
Your clear objective: to help carpenters, woodworkers, and metalworkers digitally optimise their processes, improve quality, and sustainably secure their profitability.
As a project manager, you take the helm once the customer has chosen us. Whether on-site with tradespeople or remotely: you configure Triviso to fit perfectly, advise on process optimisation, and train the teams.
Because switching to or from business software always represents a significant change, you also offer your customers security: through good communication, a structured working method, and above all, empathy.
Our support acts as a direct line to our customers. At Triviso, the helpline is managed by our experienced project leaders. This means that about once a week, you'll swap your regular project work for direct contact with the front line. You are the competent point of contact when users are facing urgent issues. Whether it's questions about calculations or spontaneous user problems: you resolve the concerns quickly and professionally.
As a software developer at Triviso, you'll build the engine for the trades of the future. In close collaboration with product management, you'll specify and implement new features. Based on our Triviso V platform and object-oriented programming (OOP), you'll develop future-proof cloud architectures. Together with the testing team, you'll thoroughly test your developments before they are successfully rolled out to customers. Your tech stack: With Linux, you'll ensure high availability and orchestrate via containers and Kubernetes. PostgreSQL database serves as the foundation. Thanks to W3C standards, you'll bring our ERP to the browser independently of the platform.
