With Triviso ERP, you build a connected ecosystem that knows no technical boundaries. High-tech cloud, classic import, or bidirectional real-time data exchange: the RESTful API is your bridge to third-party systems such as web shops, CMS tools, or individual apps. When it comes to robust bulk data exchange, you have access to proven file interfaces such as CSV, XML, or Excel. Update master material data from suppliers, export parts lists for manufacturing, or synchronise contacts with your telephony software (CTI).

Initially, you access your suppliers' catalogues directly via interfaces like ComNorm or Ligmendo. In no time at all, you can import current prices, article descriptions, and images into your quotations. This allows you to calculate more precisely and ensures price security. And: With Triviso ERP, you place orders directly in the supplier's webshop, for a faster project start.

Interface Design (CAD)

From the 3D model straight into the calculation.

Bridge the gap between drawing and calculation. Our CAD interfaces to programmes such as Vectorworks or Pytha read parts lists and material data directly from your design. The data lands in Triviso, prepared for ordering, costing and work preparation. Changes in the drawing can update the order upon request. This saves hours in work preparation and prevents costly transmission errors.

Thanks to intelligent interfaces, you can now import structured parts lists. Directly into your quote or order! Items, dimensions and materials are automatically recognised and matched. This completely eliminates transfer errors and massively speeds up the process from 3D model to finished calculation. Draw with whatever you want, and calculate in Triviso. So that both pay off.

Window manufacturing software (Specialisation)

Window Manufacturing and ERP: The Perfect Synergy.

The physical and technical requirements of window manufacturing necessitate specialists. This is why Triviso integrates industry professionals. You receive powerful interfaces to established window manufacturing solutions such as Klaes, 3E, ProLogic, or Cantor. You carry out the technical design, U-value calculation, and detailed construction using the expert tool; Triviso handles the commercial processing for you. The ERP imports the finished window items, including graphics and prices. For automatic quotes, invoices, or post-calculation. This allows you to harness technical depth and commercial foresight, in a seamless process.

Interface cut export

Control machines. From the office.

Triviso ERP supplies the data for your panel-sizing saw. Optimised cutting lists are exported directly to the machine control, such as Schnitt Profi(t), Ardis, or Cadmatic. Information for label printing, edge sequence, and material type are included. This allows you to control your high-tech machines directly from the office, minimise waste, and ensure that precisely what was sold is produced in the workshop.

Outlook 365 Integration

Mail for everyone instead of mailbox search.

Connect your communication centre with Triviso ERP. Thanks to deep Outlook 365 integration, you can save emails directly in the corresponding project with a single click. Appointments from workforce scheduling appear instantly in your employees« Outlook calendars. Contacts are synchronised bidirectionally. This puts an end to »searching in mailboxes" – all project-related information is visible to the entire team, regardless of who wrote or received the email.

GAEB Interface

Mandatory programme for tenders perfectly solved.

For trades and construction in Germany and South Tyrol, GAEB is indispensable. Triviso ERP seamlessly integrates this standard into your workflow, allowing you to participate in any public tender. Import bills of quantities (LV) from architects and authorities in the common GAEB 90, 2000, and XML formats. Calculate your unit prices precisely in the ERP and return the offer in compliance with the DA84 standard. You meet every requirement digitally, securely, and without media breaks.

SIA 451

Speaking the language of architects.

For public tenders and collaboration with architects, SIA 451 is the defining standard. Triviso ERP perfectly masters the ifA18 standard. Import bills of quantities (NPK), conveniently calculate your prices in the ERP, and export the quote back in compliance with the standard. No retyping, no formatting errors. This is how you participate in lucrative tenders and exchange data professionally.

FatturaPA Interface (Italy)

E-Invoicing Italy: Fully automated sending & receiving.

The complete digital invoice flow with Italy is now easy for you. Triviso ERP connects you directly to the public SDI (Sistema di Interscambio), and vice versa, of course. Create invoices in the ERP; the system converts and sends them to your customers as XML in compliance with legal regulations. Incoming invoices from your Italian suppliers are imported directly. Here, Triviso ERP automatically reads out the XML data, stores the document in an audit-proof manner, and prepares the booking. For you, this means 100% compliance and zero manual data entry on both sides.

Interfaces to DATEV/infonica/Abacus

Faster month-end close, lower accounting costs.

Germany relies on DATEV, while infonica and Abacus are common in Switzerland. With Triviso ERP, you speak these languages fluently. The right interface makes collaboration with your tax advisor more efficient than ever before. Now you can export booking batches, invoices, and cash books digitally and in the correct format directly to the firm.
