All deliveries are expected, yet some arrive surprisingly. However, this is now quickly checked. The warehouse employee checks the system precisely for what is supposed to arrive, when, and from which supplier, and can then check and book it. Quality control also determines if anything is missing or damaged. This can also be entered directly into the system. Purchasers and project managers see the status in real-time and can react. Whether it's with a reorder or with the go-ahead for a project when all parts are ready.

C-Parts Management

Screws, glue, and fittings (C-parts) often only make up a small portion of the purchase value, but can cause enormous procurement effort if they are missing. Triviso ERP massively simplifies this C-part management. By defining minimum stock levels and simplifying reordering processes (e.g., consolidated orders with main suppliers), you ensure that consumables are always available.
